There are many aspects to the design and build process of a healthcare practice. Often, the first and most difficult decision is whether to stay in your current premises and refurbish it or move to a new tenancy and fit it out.
If you decide to stay where you currently are, DDA can still create an environment that feels fresh and inviting. We will still project manage the entire process for you. We act as the middleman between yourself and our contractors and any issues on site will be resolved by us. If you choose to opt for the refurbishment route, you will most likely still be operating on site while our contractors are working. We will liaise with you and provide a detailed, weekly site plan so you know what aspects of the project are happening when. Then, you can coordinate your staff and patients accordingly with minimal interruption to your business.
